Refund & Exchange Policy

At Articello Creative, each item is thoughtfully designed and produced in small batches. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Exchanges for Damaged Items

We gladly offer exchanges only for items that arrive damaged during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@articellocreative.com with:

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same item at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

    • Incorrect address provided at checkout

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Minor variations in color or texture, which are part of the handmade and artistic process

Refunds

Refunds are not offered at this time. Approved damaged items will be replaced with an exchange only.

Shipping Issues

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Articello Creative is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.

A Note on Our Print Partners

Some of our products are created in partnership with trusted print-on-demand (POD) vendors. This allows us to thoughtfully produce items as they’re ordered—reducing waste while keeping our offerings flexible and accessible.

That said, we take quality seriously. Every product that carries the Articello Creative name is designed with intention, reviewed carefully, and selected for materials we trust. While printing and fulfillment happen through our partners, care, standards, and accountability stay with us.

If you receive an item and feel the print quality doesn’t meet expectations, please reach out. We genuinely want you to love what you receive, and we’re happy to review concerns related to printing, materials, or finish.
